Shipping & Delivery:

• AVVIIVVA will ship to the address provided by the customer.
  
  
• Shipping costs will be added to the total price at checkout. The cost depends on the country of delivery, the weight of the item being shipped and the shipping method selected.
  
  
• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  
  
• AVVIIVVA is not responsible for any delays or issues related to shipping or delivery. The customer bears the risk over the goods upon their receipt by the carrier. Any dispute of damage in transit will be between the buyer and the courier and is not the responsibility of AVVIIVVA.

Customs, Taxes & Duties:

• Customers who are having the product delivered outside Switzerland, may be subject to customs fees, import taxes and duties upon arrival of the item in his country.

  ANY CHARGES IN RELATION TO CUSTOM CLEARANCE FEES, IMPORT TAXES (VAT) OR OTHER DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

• Customs, taxes and duties are based on the declared value of the item (the price you paid minus standard shipping costs). As customs differs for each country, we recommend that you check with your country’s customs and border authority for an estimation. Please note that some authorities will not give an estimation until the package has passed customs in the country of delivery.
